Every asset reviewed is guaranteed an offer within a few days. Once we have reviewed all documents pertaining to the asset and the terms of the sale are agreed upon we can sign a Purchase Agreement.

HOW FAST CAN YOU CLOSE?
Most of our purchases close in 30 days or less, however we can accommodate any seller’s timing requirements.
